Students should be encouraged to research into different careers and consider the labour market information. Some careers are in decline where some careers that our students will enter have not been considered yet.
Technical and STEM careers are on the increase.
Our students will be working for a considerable length of time and they may need to consider how they will be able to sustain certain careers as they mature.
